Content Analyst

Content Management Team

We are seeking a Content Analyst to support the overall alignment of content and adherence to company editorial standards for assigned areas of education standards and for assigned content integration business partners.

What you'll do

  • Ensure the implementation and accuracy of company content alignment to academic and industry standards
  • Provide targeted editorial product development tasks
  • Interact as content subject matter expert and analyst for assigned integration business partners
  • Provide marketing and sales support for assigned business partners and designated prospects
  • Ensure the editorial quality of company content meets the standards as stated in the company style guide

Other responsibilities

  • Assisting with or delivering training on the editorial standard guidelines set forth by the company style guide
  • Proactively updating the company Style Guide to ensure it is current and reflects the latest information for all content that supports company products and company integration services
  • Serving as analyst for assigned content integration business partners
  • Analyzing existing usage data and reports in order to provide guidance, and make recommendations for innovative solutions that support the organization’s strategic direction on behalf of assigned content integration business partners
  • Creating and maintaining custom content within identified company products and for assigned content integration business partners
  • Developing and maintaining performance reports for content for assigned content integration business partners
  • Meeting quarterly with assigned integration business partners
  • Assisting with business development activities for new content integration business partners
  • Assisting with quality content and product control efforts, as needed

What we're looking for

  • BA or BS degree in education and a minimum of 5 years of direct instruction in the K-12 classroom and / or a minimum of 5 years of experience in core curriculum administration
  • Demonstrated experience and comfort with using technology, and an understanding of the use of technology for K-12 teaching and learning
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
  • Great business judgment and ability to influence others with strong analytical thinking
  • Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment without forgetting important details
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
  • Educator certification
